Introduction:

Garlic is a natural plant with broad-spectrum antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains approximately 2% allicin, exhibiting one-tenth the fungicidal activity of penicillin. Allicin effectively inhibits and kills various pathogenic bacteria such as staphylococcus, meningitis, and pneumonia. However, it's important to note that allicin is easily destroyed under high temperatures, thereby losing its bactericidal effect.

Garlic powder, on the other hand, can enhance the disease resistance of livestock, poultry, fish, and shrimp. It accelerates growth and serves various functions, including clearing plague, detoxifying, promoting blood circulation, and preventing blood stasis. Notably, it significantly reduces the toxicity of harmful substances present in feed.
